Spartan is a significant tool in predicting:

Differences between HyperChem and Spartan is the ability of Spartan for parallel computation thus fastet single calculations. HyperChem on the other hand allows for multiple simulations [at single cores]. Both packages are offered as scientific training seminars as well.
